Quick answer

How do I report abuse on a domain registered through DotAlmanac?

To report a DotAlmanac domain, email [email protected]; no account is needed. As of 29 October 2026, phishing, malware, botnets and fraud against victims lead to action within 24 hours of a well-documented report, and child sexual abuse material is handled immediately, with a report to the competent hotline or authority. Each report gets an acknowledgement with a reference number.

1. Who can report, and how

DotAlmanac is a domain extension guide and registrar: compare every extension, then register it with no KYC and pay in crypto. It is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, incorporated in Panama. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner.

Anyone can report a domain registered through us. Write to [email protected] from any address. There is no form to fill in and no account to open. Write in English if you can, and send one email per domain, or one email listing every domain of the same campaign.

2. What a useful report contains

We act fastest on reports that show the abuse. Include:

  • the domain and the exact URL showing the abuse;
  • the type of abuse: phishing, malware, botnet, fraud or child sexual abuse material;
  • evidence: a dated screenshot (UTC), the phishing email with its full headers, a file hash or a scan result;
  • the date and time you saw it, and whether it was still online when you wrote;
  • a way to reach you, if you want to hear the outcome.

For child sexual abuse material, give the link and nothing else: do not download, copy or attach anything. Also alert your national hotline; INHOPE lists them.

4. Trademark disputes

Trademark disputes follow the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). The trademark holder files a complaint with an approved UDRP provider, not with us. The domain is then locked within 2 business days of a request from a UDRP provider, so it cannot change registrar or registrant while the case runs. The panel's decision is then applied to the domain.

5. Domain protection and abuse

Domain protection does not change this policy. A domain with the option follows the same rules and the same timings as any other domain. The option adds one step: every complaint is read by a person before any action on the domain. That human review exists only for domains with Domain protection.

6. Registrant data

A report does not give the sender access to the data we hold about the registrant. We release the data we hold only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case.

7. Other places to report

You can report the same domain to others in parallel. The registry of the extension has its own abuse policy. Our registrar partner lists its abuse contact in the public RDAP record, which you can read at lookup.icann.org. The hosting provider of the website can remove content even when the domain stays online.

For questions about your own account, write to [email protected] or see contact. Rules for customers are in the acceptable use policy.
